Symptoms
Applied patch 33794502. But the Segment4 (Bank Account Name) in HK_BANK_DETAILS of Bank Details Key Flexfield is not updated with the new value set 'HR_HK_140_CHARACTER'. It shows value set as '30 Characters'.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch 33794502
2. Responsibility: System Administrator
3. Navigate to Application > Flexfield > Key > Segments
4. Query with Flexfield Title 'Bank Details KeyFlexField'
5. With control on 'HK Bank Details', click Segments
6. Check the Value Set of SEGMENT4
