When attempting to delete a Quickpay Prepayments, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: KEY-DELREC Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-02292

Note: Attempt to rollback the process also not successful.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Assignment > Others > Quickpay
2. Delete the Quickpay Prepayments process
3. Get the error
