Single Touch Payroll Reconciliation Report output shows duplicate records for all employees.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: AU HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request
3. Run Payroll
4. Run Single Touch Payroll Reconciliation Report
5. Check the output
