The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Queried for SR & Task > Parts Requirement
2. Open Parts Requirement HTML created for 2 items and orders booked
3. Sales Order form it is not showing duplicate order lines.
4. After the Order line are shipped Receive inbound orders and reservation screen is showing duplicate lines to receive.
