Symptoms
The user cannot end date an Offset Tax.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Log into Oracle Applications using a Tax Manager responsibility
2) Tax configuration > Taxes
- Query the Tax
3) Click on pencil <Update>
3) Put sysdate in the field "Effective To"
4) The following error message is displayed:
