Symptoms
When try to create a new absence request when using Self-Service responsibility
the following error is raised on the page

HR_7553_ASS_REP_INVALID
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Employee Self-Service responsibility -> Absence Management.
2. Click on Create Absence -> Enter absence details including for field Replaced by (add name of another employee).
3. Click on Next -> Error is raised on the page.
