Symptoms
The issue is reproduced when contingent workers are not validated as valid buyers in Oracle Item Master
Encounter the following error from the organization items related form - INVIDITM.fmb which is in read only mode

FRM-41050 You cannot update this record
FRM-40212 Invalid value for field BUYER_MIR
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to organization items related form - INVIDITM.fmb which is in read only mode ( i.e with parameters like 'HELP_TARGET=INVIDITM_M QUERY_ONLY=YES'. )
2. Navigate to Tools - > Categories and attempted to navigate to Tools -> Item Subinventories and get the error
