When attempting to run the EMEA VAT: Selection Process program following error occurs.

Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to EMEA Payable Responsibility.
2. Run EMEA VAT: Selection Process program.
3. Notice the given error while selecting Tax Registration Number parameter.
