Delinquent Transaction Details Are Not Showing in the Transactions Tab But the Totals Show (Doc ID 2953505.1)

When trying to view delinquent invoices in the Transactions tab of Advanced Collections, the JTF grid (bali table) shows as blank lines.  The Entered and Functional Amount fields show amounts however. 

If a particular row is selected, and the user click on Transaction Details, the invoice correctly shows.  The issue only occurs on certain customers and would appear as follows:

  1. Query a customer and click on the Transactions tab.
  2. Expand the dates to be sure they include the customers invoices.
  3. The JTF grid that shows the invoices is blank, but the totals show.  If an specific row is selected, and the user selects 'Transaction Details', the invoice correctly shows.
