Symptoms

In EBS, Oracle workflow notification mailer is down and unable to bring notification mailer up.

Below is the error in mailer log file

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: System Administrator
Navigate to Oracle Application Manager > Workflow > Service Components

1.Select Workflow Notification Mailer
2.Change Actions to Start

Changes

 Instance Cloned from Production Environment
