Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, EDI PO Outbound
EDI : 850 PO Outbound file Not generated for Drop ship PO
When attempting to process a Drop Ship Purchase Order Oubound (ECEPOO) via EDI, it fails with the following message in the log file:
ERROR
-----------------------
Progress level POOB-10-1760: No HEADER level rows processed for transaction POO.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Drop Ship Purchase Order (PO) for EDI enabled supplier
2. Submit ECEPOO
3. The PO Outbound fails to generate and the above error is found in the log file
