OBN Is Missing A Punchout For A Punchout Supplier (Doc ID 2953636.1)

Oracle Business Network (OBN) is missing a punchout for a punchout supplier. 

When in OBN and in My Punchouts and searching for the supplier using the OBN ID, it cannot be found. The punchout supplier is setup as a trading partner, but does NOT have a punchout available.

The supplier is setup and it is possible to make connection to the punchout URL on the Catalog within Fusion.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OBN > Trading Partners > Your Trading Partners
2. Trading Partners (Account Type: Regular)
3. Trading Partners (Account Type:Test)
  - No Data to Display
4. Punchout > Punchout Directory
5. Search: <enter the punchout supplier credentials>
6. A punchout is not available in OBN


 New configurations provided by the punchout supplier.
