R12: GLXJEENT: Incorrect Exchange Rate Appear For Foreign Currency Journal (Doc ID 2953710.1)

Symptoms

User wanted to create foreign currency journal for which exchange rate has to be defined between foreign currency and ledger currency. User uploaded exchange rates from spreadsheet and then navigated to journal entry form and created foreign currency journal but incorrect rate is defaulted for journal.

This issue can be reproduced with following below steps:
1. Login to General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigated to Setup > Currencies > Currency Rates Manager > Daily Rates
3. Click on button Create in Spreadsheet
4. Provide rate information in WebADI document and click on Upload button
5. Navigate to Journals > Entry
6. Create journals for foreign currency
