Symptoms

Workflow mailer is up and Running but not sending any mails for Inbound testing.

The FNDCPG*.txt log shows the following error:

EXCEPTION:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-nnnnnnn-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.SMTPMessageHandler.sendMessages(String)]:SendFailedException -> com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 535 Authentication required

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to use the Workflow Notification Mailer.
2. Oracle Application Manager (OAM) > Workflow > Notification Mailer.
3. Start the mailer and begin processing outbound email notifications.

Changes

Configured the Workflow Notification Mailer to use the Oracle Cloud Email Delivery service for outbound mails.
