View Award Changes: Change Description Extract always downloads first mod rtf, even if multiple mods

View Award Changes: Change Description Extract always downloads the .rtf file for the first modification, even if multiple subsequent mods have been created.

When on the Header tab (in the Award Changes), the Change Description Extract link is not populating like it does in the other tab

When there are multiple modifications in the Altered Table, the change description link only pulls the first modification, regardless of which row is chosen.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In Federal Implementation, CLM Purchasing Super User > BWC > Awards
1. View Award Changes for a Modification
2. Select Description Extract Link
3. The .rft generated is always for Mod 1, it is expected to display the latest Mod details
