Symptoms

When attempting to pull GT&Cs from G-Invoicing, Intragovernmental Agreements (GT&C) Interface Program completed with error and log file shows the following error details.

ERROR
ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target


STEPS
1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing Responsibility -> Buyer Work Center -> Reports -> Schedule Requests.

2. Submit Intragovernmental Agreements (GT&C) Interface Program with the following parameters.

AGENCY_TYPE value: REQUESTING_AGENCY
REQUEST_MODE value: PULL
REQUEST_TYPE value: GET_GTC_LIST
ORG_ID value: xxxx
AGENCY_LOCATION_CODE value: xxxxxxxx

3. The program completes with error and log file shows reported error details.
