On : Bank Statement Load and Import
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On the Bank Statement form, users can see difference between Closing balance of "Control Totals" and "Line Totals" for a Bank Statement Number.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Cash Management Responsibility
2. Click on Bank Statement Line
3. Query the Bank Statement and found that there is difference between "Control Totals" and "Line Totals" for the Statement Number.
