ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that Search options for addresses are limited in installed base. Only 'Location Number', 'Address Line 1', 'Current Site Usage' are available.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We need to search on 'Postal Code' and 'City' and all other available fields in the table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using installed base user, navigate to Instance search.
2. Query an instance and navigate to Locations.
3. Search for an address and you can observe the choices.
