Symptoms

Payroll Register (India) report failing with below error in log file:

ERROR

Report Generation Failed java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_IN_REPORTS_PKG", line 7070
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_IN_REPORTS_PKG", line 7017
ORA-06512: at line 1



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to India HRMS Manager.

2. View Request > Submit a new request >  Payroll Register (India) with required parameters.

3. Check log file for errro details.
