Symptoms


When attempting to perform full data load for any ECC module , the following error occurs in the jobid*.log under the $ECC_BASE/quickinstall/log/ecc directory:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Data Load concurrent request through Oracle EBS for any module.
