Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Printed RFQ Report (XML) report output is empty, no records, showing only "End of Report"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected to generate the RFQ details on the report

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Requests > program : POXPRRFP_XML: Printed RFQ Report (XML)
3. "End of Report" alone is seen, no output generated
