Symptoms

When attempting to apply Receipt to a Claim Investigation in Receipts Applications Workbench, Application Reference Number is not generated. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:      Receipts> Receipts
       
            1. Query affected Receipt > Apply
            2. Apply To Claim Investigation
