Applied the solution in note, G-Invoicing - ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load Errors With ORA-31011: XML Parsing Failed, LPX-00216: Invalid Character 194 (0xC2), ORA-06512: at SYS.XMLTYPE (Doc ID 2951036.1).

The following view is erroring when running the following select statement.

select * from IGT_ORDER_ATTACHMENTS_V;

Getting following error message while selecting the view

ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19213: error occurred in XML processing at lines 1
LPX-00216: invalid character 195 (0xC3)
ORA-06512: at "SYS.XMLTYPE", line 5
31011. 00000 - "XML parsing failed"
*Cause: XML parser returned an error while trying to parse the document.
*Action: Check if the document to be parsed is valid.

Replication Steps:

1. Apply the solution in note, G-Invoicing - ECCRUNDL: ECC Run Data Load Errors With ORA-31011: XML Parsing Failed, LPX-00216: Invalid Character 194 (0xC2), ORA-06512: at SYS.XMLTYPE (Doc ID 2951036.1).

2. Run the query,
