Change Orders are Not Being Displayed Under the > Control tab > Change Orders Subtab (Doc ID 2955008.1)

Symptoms

The project Change Orders created are listed under the Project Home page under the Worklist section. When clicking on the Change Order link under the Reference column, warning message appears with,

"You do not have the permission to view this item"

When navigating to the > Control tab > Change Orders subtab, no Change Orders are displayed.

Replication steps:

1. > Projects self service responsibility > Projects: Delivery > Search Projects.
2. In the Search Projects page, enter the project number in the Project field. Click the Go button.
3. Under the > Projects tab > Home subtab and under the Worklist section, see the list of Change Orders created.
4. Under the Reference column, click the change order link. Warning message appears with,

"You do not have the permission to view this item"

5. Under the > Control tab > Change Orders subtab, no change orders are displayed.
