Cannot Start The Mobile Server With Mobile Field Service Results in Error "Could not create the Java virtual machine" (Doc ID 295508.1)

 Running the following command to start the Mobile Server

/usr/java131/bin/java -Xms256M -Xmx256M -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:NewSize=128m-XX:MaxNewSize=128m
-XX:SurvivorRatio=2 oracle.lite.web.JupServer mode=server

Results in the following error:

$ pServer mode=server config-file=/u01/oralite/mobile/server/bin/webtogo.ora
Unrecognized option: -XX:+DisableExplicitGC
Unable to parse 1.2 format supplied options - rc=-6
Usage: java [-options] class [args...]
(to execute a class)
or java -jar [-options] jarfile [args...]
(to execute a jar file)
where options include:
-cp -classpath <directories and zip/jar files separated by :>
set search path for application classes and resources
set a system property
enable verbose output
-version print product version
-showversion print product version and continue
-? -help print this help message
-X print help on non-standard options
Could not create the Java virtual machine.
