Status Is Not Changing to Approved After One of the Approvers Approves the Transaction Even Voting Method "First Responder Wins" Is Set Up at Approval Group (Doc ID 2955317.1)

Symptoms

Having an approval group with Voting Method "First Responder Wins". Once one of approvers from the approval group approves the transaction for special information request, the transaction stays in "pending approval" status and it is moved to next person from the same approval group to be approved. The transaction is not getting approved until it is approved by all approvers from the group.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Employee self service.

2. Go to Special Information page.

3. Add new record for special information and apply.

4. On Special Information Review page there are two approvers (HR people) > Click Submit.

5. Login as one of the approvers > Open the notification > Click on Approve button.

6. Once it has been approved by one of the approvers, the notification is moved to next person for approval.
