The AP/PO Purge Initiation (Selection) Routine program is failing with
MSG-00001: (Get_Purge_Parameters)Starting Get_Purge_Parameters
MSG-00999: Get_Purge_Parameters failed!
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
