Symptoms

 When attempting to access iProcurement home page, the following error is shown:

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25002: Definition oracle.apps.icx.icatalog.shopping.server.ShoppingPVO of type View Definition not found
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the EBS Application
2. Attempt to navigate to iProcurement home page
3. Error is shown
