OTL Timecard Retrieval Dashboard Does Not Show Data For New Business Group (Doc ID 2955528.1)

Symptoms

 Timecard Retrieval Dashboard does not show any data for newly created Business Group

 

To reproduce the issue perform the following steps:

  1. Create a new Business Group and Operating Unit using HRMS Responsibility
  2. Using OTL Time Administrator or Self-Service Responsibility create timecards for employees in this Business Group
  3. Run PRC: Transaction Import process and verify that the timecards are successfully transferred to Projects
  4. Login with OTL Time Administrator Responsibility and Navigate > Dashboards > Retrieval dashboard
  5. On the Post Retrieval Dashbaord Populate Timecard Start and Timecard Stop Dates
  6. Hit the Go button but no data is retrieved

 

 

Changes

 Created new Business Group
