12.1.3 to 12.2 Upgrade: Script EURC_DT.PL Hangs on CompleteTablespace.sql (Doc ID 2955555.1)

While upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2, script eurc_dt.pl hangs on CompleteTablespace.sql.

This script hangs internally while executing sql query for capturing complete tablespace data on an instance.

The issue can be reproduced by executing below command:

perl eurc_dt.pl

Upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.
