Symptoms
When attempting to update Item attributes in the Master Items form,
the following error occurs on the Form.
ERROR
-----------------------
Value XXXXXX has been disabled
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log Into Oracle Applications
2.Navigate to Inventory > Items > Master Items
3.Query the Item
4.Try to modify any of the attributes like Description and etc
5. Encounter the above error on the form
