EBS 12.2 on AD RUP 13 or higher: AD_ZD_SYS and AD_GRANTS objects get created in "Invalid" state in SYS schema after applying quaterly released EBS CPU Patch

Symptoms
After applying Apr-2023 CPU Patch 35020334 by following Doc ID 2933342.1, patch is applied successfully, however, it is seen that the following objects get created under SYS schema and remain in INVALID state, but the same objects are VALID under EBS_SYSTEM schema
Under SYS schema -
If the EBS database is multi-tenant (19c), you will find the SYS owned AD_ZD objects created within PDB.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Following Apr-2023 CPU Doc ID 2933342.1 -- download Patch 35020334
2. As a pre-requisite step, ran the adgrants.sql provided by the patch.
3. Apply Patch 35020334 using ADOP
