When attempting to add or delete a component following error occurs.

java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. IB Agent User > Item Instances > Query instance
2. Click Update instance > Configuration tab
3. Add child > click Apply
4. Come back to Parent instance page click save and Apply.
