Symptoms

Performance issue in Oracle Configurator developer form. Opening the Configurator developer forms and searching parts taking more time, some times more than 4 min.

Below sqls are taking time:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Developer responsibility
2. Click on Configurator Developer, it takes lot of time to load the screen
3. Click on Simple search, Enter Item name and click GO, takes lot of time to open the form
