Field Service Technicians Portal: Creating A Personal Task Allows To Choose Any Initial Status (Doc ID 2955868.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a personal task in FSTP ( Field Service Technician's Portal), the initial status is defaulted to the value from the  "CSF: Default Task Status for Personal Tasks" profile.

However, other statuses are still selectable. When a user selects another status as the initial status, this might break status transitions, essentially locking the task.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ideally, when the profile is set, the status should not be allowed to change.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Technician's Portal responsibility.
2. Go to Dashboard and click on Create Personal Task.
3. Open the Task Status LOV.
