Symptoms

When users are trying to query some specific job numbers, the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. [R] Work in Process
2. [N] Discrete > Discrete Jobs form
3. Query job number <job number>
4. Error occurs
