Symptoms
When attempting to match complex PO with and AP invoice, the following error occurs.
APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-22160: element at index [1] does not exist occurred in
AP_RCT_AMT_MATCH_PKG.ap_amt_match<-APXRMTCH
with parameters (Match Mode = STD-PS, Invoice Id = &invoice_id, Invoice Line Number = , Shipment ID = &shipment_id, Rcv Transaction ID = &rcv_transaction_id, Match amount = , Match quantity = , PO UOM = N/A, Freight Amount = , Freight Description = , Misc Amount = , Misc Description = )
while performing the following operation:
Create Retainage Distributions
AP_RCT_AMT_MATCH_PKG.ap_amt_match<-APXRMTCH
with parameters (Match Mode = STD-PS, Invoice Id = &invoice_id, Invoice Line Number = , Shipment ID = &shipment_id, Rcv Transaction ID = &rcv_transaction_id, Match amount = , Match quantity = , PO UOM = N/A, Freight Amount = , Freight Description = , Misc Amount = , Misc Description = )
while performing the following operation:
Create Retainage Distributions
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payables responsibility --> Invoice--> Entry --> Create new invoice.
2. Click on match button and try to match Invoice with complex PO, but above error will be thrown.
