Symptoms
Sales order line is not progressing to closed status. After further review of the sales order analyzer,
there is no workflow associated with the order lines and is stuck and cannot be progressed to closure.
STEPS

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order: nnnn921
3. Header: Booked
Header WF: Close - Order XXX : Delay Close DEFERRED
4. Line 1.1 > Status: Invoice Check Requested > Invoice Interface: NO > Ordered Qty:4 > Shipped, Fulfilled and Invoiced Qty: 0
5. Delivery Details show the Order has been successfully shipped.
