Symptoms

When attempting to run an Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report, the following error can be seen in the log file

Program terminated with signal 11


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Navigate to view/submit a new request
3. Run the Program-Publish FSG report
4. Choose the appropriate parameters and click on 'Submit' button.
5. The FSG program completes in error and the error message is observed in the log file.
