Covered Site Contracts Not Showing In Service Request form (Doc ID 295669.1)

Symptoms

 A Service Contract with a Coverage level of Covered Site is created and activated.

It is expected that this Contract would be available for selection in the Service Request form under Customer Support Responsibility even if there are no Products installed at that site.

However when the user accesses the Service Request form up and attempts to create a Service Request for the Customer / Site, the Contract having the coverage level of 'Covered Site' is not available to choose in the Contracts Block.
