"Failure Of Web Server Bridge" Error After Processing For few Minutes while trying to access "View Requisitions" Page (Doc ID 2956911.1)

While Trying to access the "View Requisitions" from an Award, the instance shows that action is being taken but after processing it for a few minutes observe see the following error


Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the CLM Module.
2. Navigate to the Award screen in the Buyer Work Center.
3. Select an Award and choose the  "View Requisitions" observe the error
