Symptoms
When attempting to upload the STP file after applying following latest legislative and STP consolidated patches, the following error occurs.
Error in log file

Tax Treatment Code must be 6 characters long
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply AU Statutory patch 2023
2. Login to AU HRMS Super User
3. View > Submit Request
4. Run Single Touch Payroll Archive 2022 & Report processes
5. Upload the STP file
6. Get the error
