Mexican Accounts Auxiliary Report SAT Error El Documento XML No Es Valido

Symptoms
When attempting to upload report output to the Mexican Tax Authority (SAT) test portal it is rejected with the following error:
Error: Para el atributo 'NumOrden' el dato 'xxxxxx' no es valido. - Linea 2
El documento XML NO es Valido.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Mexican General Ledger Responsibility
2. Run the Mexican Accounts Auxiliary Report
3. Upload report output to SAT portal for testing.
4. Receive notification that report is not accepted due to error.
