Symptoms
Customer is facing out of memory issue intermittently on Production instance.
One instance of “oracle.apps.cz.dio.model.ModelController” loaded by “weblogic.utils.classloaders.ChangeAwareClassLoader @ 0x747d98d98” occupies 2,248,815,520 (75.77%) bytes. The memory is accumulated in one instance of “com.sun.java.util.collections.HashMap$Entry[]”, loaded by “weblogic.utils.classloaders.ChangeAwareClassLoader @ 0x747d98d98”, which occupies 2,248,811,296 (75.77%) bytes.
It is causing the GC out of memory.
