Symptoms

Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA) Purchase Order (PO) Putaway fails: Error Processing Task. << Error #1.
Also see Error #2 in the mobile logs and receiving open interface (RTI) interface errors. << Error #2

This impacts many purchase order putaway transactions that fail with Error Processing task on mobile device.
Also the PO is not visible in receiving transaction form.

Find an error in the mobile logs as well as on the Receiving Status Summary form:

APP-PO-14142: Validate_id 30: ORA-01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

Here is an example of how the error appears in the mobile log:

STEPS
1. Navigate to Mobile Supply Chain (MSCA) > Whse Mgmt (responsibility) > Tasks > Directed Tasks> Inbound > Dispatch Putaway 
2. Attempt putaway.
3. Fails with Error Processing Task. 
4. Navigate to Inventory > Receiving > Transaction Status Summary : Query for Purchase order
5. See interface stuck in error : APP-PO-14142: Validate_id 30: ORA-01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
