Symptoms

On the Capital form (PAXCARVW), CIP costs are incorrect since some expenditures are not included in that cost.

Reproduce By Steps

Using Projects form responsibility

  1. Navigate to Capitalization > Capital Projects
  2. Query Capital Project and review CIP Costs
