Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
When attempting to create Billing schedules for Contracts where the effectivity is
not equal to full years and in which price is modified at subline level and level is Equal Amount in the Billing schedule,
the schedules created are not distributing with equal amount for full years and balance amount for rest of the period.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Expect the Billing Schedule to create equal amount for the full years and balance for the remaining period


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Service Contracts Manager (R)
2) Create Contracts with effectivity not equal to full years (3 years and some months /days )
3) Modify the price manually at subline level and save
4) Select Equal Amount in the Billing Schedule level
5) Create Schedules for 3 periods of 1 year
6) Create One more schedule for the remaining period - Schedules get changed
    to 2 schedules and expected amounts are not generated
