Goal

How can we configure MSCA to launch with the graphical user interface "GUI" option for a particular device?

The below steps are being followed to login to MSCA :

1. "Connect" to connect to a specific instance
2. "Device List" to choose to select a specific device type or client
3. "Login" page to enter Oracle account/password.

The requirement is if we click "StartMWA.cmd", the "Login" page with the "GUI" client should be displayed directly.
