ADI Signon Issues in Release 11.5.10+

Symptoms


Release 11.5.10 of Oracle Applications introduces two changes that can directly affect the signon process of client side Applications Desktop Integrator (ADI).  These changes could result in the following ADI signon errors:

ORA-12537: TNS: CONNECTION CLOSED

TNS-12537: TNS: connection closed

Could not connect to the database
