ECC application from Weblogic console shows Failed

 

 

The following error is generated in the ecc.log file located under $ECC_BASE/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/ecc_domain/bin/ :

<Jun 26, 2023 11:05:36,153 AM PDT> <Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149231> <Unable to set the activation state to true for the application "ecc".
weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: Could not connect to ZooKeeper <ecc_hotsname_fqdn>:2181/solr within 30000 ms
